Haha001's Stelarstory setup guide

New to this server?
I wrote this to help everyone who's new

1.
first thing you'll need is Maplestory Global v.62

2. download the client here http://www.mediafire.com/?todznmxrb94

put the client into your Maplestory folder (default = C:\Nexon\MapleStory)

If you want it in windowed mode see bottom of the guide

3.
Run Stelarstory.exe

2,2 any other than vista
If you want it in window mode follow these steps
1.
download a program called dxwnd here http://files.filefront.com/DXWND+MS/;5335168;/fileinfo.html
2. open it
3. click "edit" and then "add" click the ... and find Stelarstory.exe, dobble click it
4.click DirectX 8 and "Reduce PC load DirectX1 - 7"
5. click okay
6. dobble click stelarstory.exe when dxwnd is on and voila

2,3 vista
1.do anything above exept step 6.
2.Right-click dxwnd.exe and click properties
3. Go into the menu next to General
4. click that "run in windows xp service pack" thingy
5. click run as adminstrator
6. click that thing for all users and do the same as step 4-5
7. click ok and follow step 6 on 2,2

Problems
1.
The screen turns black, and then an error pops up saying "error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)".

Solution : Make sure you have v.62, if you don't use this link to get it.
[Note : If you've had any previous versions of maplestory, and you installed v.62 into the same folder as the other version, it will mess up both versions.]

2.
Everytime you click on your character, you dc, or it says that you're already logged in.

Solution: The server crashed wait for a restart. If that's not the problem, you could be mac banned. If that's not it, your character could just be lagging, and if that's the case just try to log in again later.
